Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and the front desk workers were kind and security-conscious. I work in a hotel as well, so I always notice when front desk workers have the guests' safety and privacy in mind, and I definitely felt that to be the case here. Breakfast was super flavorful as well! We had a great stay, and being able to see the workers in their Halloween costumes added a great element of whimsy to our trip!
I would not stay here. I am an Honors member, but I did not experience an “Honors worthy” stay. The front desk personnel seriously need training and I had two major issues during my stay.
This Hampton Inn is conveniently located just few miles the from downtown Bangor in a scenic quiet location. The adjacent Garden Inn has an on-site restaurant. Rooms are nice and the friendly staff is always helpful.
