Great experience at this hotel. The overall aesthetics of the hotel are a bit worn, but the welcome and friendliness of the staff made up for the rest!
This Hotel Needs Some Improvements Like Fixing Some Of The Window Framing, Add More Hangers, And Fixing Some Scratches From The Bathtub. We Had A Good Time Staying Here For 1 Night But For Some Reason, I Can Hear Talking At The Hallway During The Night.
I must be used to a different kind of hospitality. Im used to shower being hot, toilet not getting clogged after every flush (even #1 would just sit there). Front desk clerk showed no empathy or concern. This must occur often as she handed me a plunger before I coukd finish saying my toilet was clogged. In conversation with another guest on the elevator we discovered she was having same issues and had to use bathroom in the lobby instead of her room. Also we were told to check out if shower water wouldn't get hot.
