The exterior and interior walls are paper thin. There have been numerous check-in errors with inconsistencies. The Hilton Hotel Brand has become simply put, "Blah" ever since they started franchising their properties. They gave up their quality for the dollar. This is what happens when the founders of a good brand die off, the brand goes straight down the toilet. Look how fast CHICK fil a has flopped. They're now neck and neck with all of the bottom feeders of the fast food chains.
Hotel signage is now SPARK by Hilton but it shows on Google Maps and the Hilton app as a Hampton Inn still. So that created confusion for us driving in. The hotel was under some renovation: machines and shipping containers taking up limited parking. We were checked into a king room as reserved, which the man at the front desk said was his last king room. He also said this hotel doesn't do Hilton app digital key and this room's door lock was working intermittently. Sure enough, we go up to 317 and can't get in. Other people i... read more
This is actually a Sparks hotel. Fewer amenities than Hampton Inn.
