Do not expect to get any help from the front desk OR to get someone on the phone. I checked in under a group reservation (all of the others worked except mine—i think desk clerk error) . Then i asked for receipt and they were having trouble printing. I finally looked at it at home. It did not show what i paid. It had paid zero. i tried to call and have spent almost 20 minutes on hold. The room 310 also smelled like mold and there was a wet place on the carpet

BEDBUGS and marijuana..... BEWARE! This is a fairly nice hotel, great location, pretty good amenities. 2 things made me leave and get my money back tho....(I have photos of this if needed) 1. The place REEKS of weed. Even inside the hotel rooms. I was willing to deal with this to the extent I could. 2. BEDBUGS! Now THIS was a deal breaker. I travel for to Atlanta monthly and this was by far my favorite stay! RJ greeted me at arrival and made me feel at home immediately and went above and beyond when I needed a fogotten item! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast met my needs. I plan on going back because of the service from the RJ and the other friendly and helpful staff!
