EDNA at the front desk was very unpleasant when I complained about the noise directly above my room, told me "We just have to deal with it".No Edna you work here and have to deal with it, I am a guest who paid alot of money to stay here. Ms. Ann at the is hotel is literally the best she held the breakfast open a little longer for me and my boyfriend to get some food as we were checking out. She went a live and beyond and turned on some of the already shut off drink machines so we could get some cold apple juice as well. Love Ms.Ann Down!!
Wake you up slamming stuff while cleaning at 8 am elevator doesnt work and constant drilling and hammering all day
