My flight from another state got delayed a lot so I landed at ATL hours late. Anyone would know that when you reserve a hotel room for 2 nights, the rooms are ALREADY PAID FOR at the time of booking and late check-ins CAN BE DONE using online services. Well, the guy at the front desk had a different idea and thought this was the same as no-shows at a restaurant, so he CANCELED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. We needed a late night stop after a long day of driving. The guy at the desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was very clean. Hot breakfast was a hit for our family. The kids loved the waffle maker. Great price! We would definitely stop here again.
Clean and friendly staff. We would stay here again while traveling.
