Super clean, easy check in, quiet, and breakfast was good (for free)
Recently remodeled rooms with old a/c units. My ac unit made a horrible sound all night. I called down to the front desk and they told me to record it on my phone to show them the next day. I did that. It was loud they heard it. They said they would forward the video to the manager and that I would be compensated. Never heard anything and was charged fully of course. Sad because Hampton Inns are usually pretty reliable but I would never stay at this one again.
