I have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 weeks in a row and staff was very friendly and became like family as I was there the entirety each week minus the weekends. Past 2 weeks I got charged a smoking fee when I don’t smoke. Lady at desk over the phone when I called to question it was extremely rude. There was never an issue my first 8 weeks staying now the last 2 weeks in a row I’m accused of smoking and charged a fee? Ridiculous! I'm so happy I stopped here got here on a Tuesday night before midnight the service desk was very pleasant and helpful and patient as of course we had already been driving for 12 hours. The room was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable as are the pillows. The morning staff before 10 a.m. was also very friendly and they served a nice warm breakfast, which included some frittatas pancakes and all the other delicious breakfast foods.

I went into the hotel having a not so good day, and Latoya was at the front desk with the brightest smile. I couldn't help but smile back. She actually went above and beyond when I had price shock for the prices of a bag of chips that you get out of a box, you know the extra personal size bag. We chatted a bit and when she was done checking me in, I was feeling so much better! She was so sweet with the best personality!
