⭐️⭐️ Not your typical Hampton Inn This location was a disappointment. I usually choose Hampton Inns for their cleanliness and reliability, but this one fell short. The room had a strong mildew smell, stained carpets, and dirty floors—especially in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was also flaking. I stayed only because I was too exhausted to find another place, but otherwise, I would’ve left. Definitely not the standard I expect from a Hampton Inn.
Just okay for me
Justin was awesome! Not only did he provide me with amazing customer service, but he was also incredibly kind. He told me everything about the hotel—breakfast hours, room service, the Internet passkey, and checkout time—and even gave me a little goody bag to take with me. I’ve stayed at several hotels where staff were unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about customer service. This review is all about Justin: he deserves a raise—or at least “Employee of the Day,” lol. He’s definitely the reason I would return.
