The young lady who checked me in was sweet. But, I am very disappointed in this hotel. I entered the room (320) and the bathroom counter had a red film on it, the storage shelves under the counter were dirty. The pillow cases were dirty. When I opened the refrigerator there was a bowl of waffles that looked old and red. I immediately called the front desk and was moved to Room 330. Booked a room here for a 3‑night stay and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room.The carpet and walls were visibly dirty, the room had a strong foul odor, and the bathroom smelled moldy. Because of this, I canceled my lodging within five minutes of entering the room and requested a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not attempt to stay here again and strongly recommend the owners invest in upgrading and properly cleaning the rooms instead of focusing on the lobby or other insignificant spaces.
