The staff memebers were nice, understanding and accommodating to the best of their abilities. However the experience even though it wasn't their fault was less than exceptional. Upon check in there was a problem with the key card programmer. They could not make a key to our room, and we had to be escorted in to our room and let back in by staff if we left. It was a little scary to know that we didnt have a key but a male worker could gain access if he wanted. Which nothing happened it just made 3 females feel a little uneasy... read more
