We stayed at Hampton Inn Atlanta McDonough May 1, 2026. Unfortunately I left an item. When I called, the person whom answered said my item was there. If I wanted it sent to me I would need to send a pre-paid FedEx label. I emailed a label to the location. I called to verify that the label arrived. The person whom answered confirmed they had both my item and label. I waited two weeks with no response. We spent 1 night here in room 427. Beautiful hotel. We had a large suite, beautiful room. All good until we get ready to sleep which is why we were here. The room has 2 large windows. 1 blackout blind on the window by the couch, but just a sheer on the window next to the bed. No Blackout blind is missing. The signage on the hotel next door shines in all night. Road noise from i75 is bad. We would recommend choosing another room. Disappointed. Breakfast was good.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. Being a Hilton brand it was a very poorly maintained hotel. The Staff was great but the actual room was horrible. There was mold around the fixtures in the shower, the was very poorly updated. The workmanship of it was even worse. I definitely do not recommend staying here as a Hilton Honors member.
