I checked in Thursday aug 27 stayed an extra day checked out on the 29th. My visit was great store manager But really big shout out to the 3 to 11 And the lady who makes the breakfast in the morning and the overnight. And Joe, the Valet, guy this hotel Is one of the best hotels I’ve been in Atlanta customer service was on point only can speak for third shift and mid shift, but they always made you feel very comfortable The only thing I really miss was a bar and a pool. Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean motel from the parking lot to the room. No safe in room. Hard to find a TV channel to watch as all streaming channels would want a log in. Those things were ok. Overall experience was a very nice stay. 30 dollars a day for vallet parking.

The hotel is extremely convenient for both midtown and downtown. The parking is reasonable. Staff are also very welcoming. I missed a few personal items, and only remembered one day later. Tameka and Lupe (hopefully I got the spelling correctly) were extremely patient and helpful to locate my items, arrange shipping back to me. Very satisfied with the stay and the people there.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel hoping for a nice reasonably priced room with free breakfast during our vacation in Atlanta. First, the location area is ideal for most Atlanta attractions, but the physical position of the hotel is very misleading. The entrance is not covered, and it is in a tight area faced toward their parking garage which was very inconvenient for rideshare or anyone to drive into as the rideshares always had to back out of the driveway each time because of cones blocking the driveway for only custome... read more
