Great location, good staff and reasonable price. Parking lot was under repair, did cause some confusion
Today being 9/2/2025 around 8:20pm. I stayed in room 140. I was watching YouTube on my phone all lights off. When I seen something crawling. Turned the lights on and there was a roach. I packed my bags and went to the front desk proceeded to inform the lady that I was changing rooms because there were roaches. Firstly she looked at me as if she didn’t believe until I told her I had a video. Secondly she told me that they were water bugs and that there was nothing they could do about that. I don't love leaving negative reviews especially for small town places like these but this was truly a strange experience. I left 2 stars because I'm sure I've stayed at worse hotels although a worse one than this is not coming to mind at the moment. I'll keep it short and sweet. The smell..pretty horrible. 3/10 The front desk staff..rude and unable to problem solve. Booked a 2 Queen bedroom for 3 nights. Husband found a stone in scrambled eggs at breakfast. No room service for 2 of the 3 days. On the 3rd day room service visited the room, did not empty garbage or make beds and took all used towels away not leaving any clean towels in their place. Very disappointed in our stay.
