This hotel really needs maintenance and a renovation. One elevator has been broken for over a year now. The tiles in the rooms are broken and popping off- leaving razor sharp edges to walk on. Some rooms are a bit musty.

Let me preface this review by saying I am a Diamond member because I travel every week for business but I can promise after this stay I will never stay at a Hilton property again! I stayed at this hotel for 4 days for Highpoint Market, and the day I checked out and flew home I left a suit jacket in the closet by mistake. I immediately called the hotel to have them grab it so I could pay to have it shipped and amazingly enough, they couldn’t find it. Very dated hotel. Needs major update. Only one elevator working. Not acknowledged as a gold reward member. Staff seemed nice. Just very old decor. Kind of falling apart. Not the normal Hilton standard.

Just no. For the money that I paid it wasn’t worth it at all. We got to the room and there was an awful and weird smell; it was giving mold smell. Got to the restroom and there was no toilet paper… like what???? Not only that but the bathroom has mold???? It’s definitely not worth the money. Not only that but the furniture had holes and scratches all over them, it looked like they just grabbed the stuff from the dump and then put it there.
