New hotel and well kept with friendly staff. For the category of hotel it is, it’s worth 5 stars. I gave 4 because I felt like giving 5 would make it seem like a luxury hotel, which it is not. As far as Fayetteville is concerned, this has to be one of the best hotels near Bragg.
First day, great! Today I was disappointed to find out the room is only cleaned every other day… No one made me aware of that when I checked in. Not a big deal, I asked when I left around 5 PM to have towels delivered to my room and the dirty ones removed. Got back around 8:30, that hadn't been done. Again no big deal, called front desk went down and got towels and one of the towels that showed up had brown stains, brought it to the front desk and they didn’t even apologize… just accused us of bringing a dirty towel on purpo... read more
Fantastic hotel! Even with the new addition being put on, the construction hours are firm and non disruptive. We appreciate the hotel providing such a clean room with a wonderful pool, great breakfast, and friendly staff! We absolutely will stay here again.
