On 7/25/2025 at approx. 7:45pm cst, I simply wanted to call to pay the hotel for my reservation ahead of time. Instead I was met with unprofessionalism and ignorance! The first time I called. I was put on hold; no problem. After a 20 min hold, the girl connected back to my call (you can hear the click), there was a pause, and then the call disconnected. Had a 3 day 2 night stay at this hotel for our family reunion. First day we seen ants on the table and tv stand. I sprayed with big spray killing them and then cleaning with clorox. First night was ok. 2nd night ants were EVERYWHERE! Suitcase, shoes, bed, bathroom i mean EVERYWHERE! My son Chipotle was ruined by time he washed his hands and went to eat, ants were already in his food. SMH.
