Your standard Hampton Inn. Nothing surprising nothing disappointing. Great location just off a major thoroughfare in a quite neighborhood but really close to all amenities, shopping, eating etc. Room maintenance needs improvement - a lot of little things are starting to show the age of tge building and the inattentiveness to the details that differentiates Hitil brands from the rest.
Online shows there are rooms, nobody at desk for 15 minutes. Called to be told it’s sold out while I was in the lobby.
We arrived and the pool was out of order, but that was the reason we chose the hotel, so we let them know and they had it fixed on the same day! that was very nice of them! The manager Amanda made everything possible for us to have a good stay, rooms were great, jacuzzi great, breakfast great
Customer service was good prices were reasonable rooms were clean and sanitized. 10 minutes from I-94 plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Plenty of parking available and thank you to Belinda at the front desk for all her assistance.
