I stayed here during the Eaton Fire as I am a Wildland firefighter , I told the front desk that I may have to leave at any time due to other fires in the area they said they understand and would accommodate me and honor that and that I would not be billed for that day ! So I was dispatched to another fire and when I went to check out they told me that everything was ok , a week later I get a bill saying that I need to pay being a government employee I booked another hotel closer to the other incident as I cannot double book ... read more
thank you your hotel is the best ever all service people staff excellent. 1000% the 2 ladies at the breakfast room are outstanding all food all run very clean. these ladies went way out of the way for all the people. the room service ladies all outstanding. the front desk lobby 1000% helpful
I stayed at this establishment February 22 through the 24th I reserved the King suite with the wet bar as I knew I would be in room most of the time as my husband had a conference unfortunately, the refrigerator did not work. The whole reason why I got a wet bar. As this was very disappointing since I had to fill the sink with ice to keep my beverages cold, I let it go was just going to tell the manager when I checked out so upon my checkout, I asked the front desk to please let the manager know I would like to speak to them... read more
Our stay here was pleasant. No problems. Clean room and bathroom. Good front desk staff. All you can want and expect from a budget friendly hotel while passing by. I would stay again.
