Everybody was so friendly, nice, a helpful. From the valet, to the front desk staff, to housekeeping. I can't express enough how kind everyone was.
Really nice hotel, rooms are very spacious, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. Only thing that makes this hotel difficult is, if you like walking to restaurants, there's only one close by.
Wanted a hotel close to Universal Studios. The place was very nice, nothing major to complain about. You can get noise if you are on a lower floor from kids running around on the floors above you and yes you will get some noise from outside traffic but this wasn’t a huge deal for us. The room was clean and roomy but furniture and fixtures def needed updating. The bathroom was fine, beds were ok, pillows were WAY too soft for me (I needed 3 just to elevate my head).
