This was by far our best experience in hotel stays down the west coast. This place was clean, employees were exceptional. They saved us a TON of money on free breakfasts and free rides to and from the airport. I honestly can't say enough of how great our stay was here. The hotel is quiet and located in a nice area that isn't too busy but still close to things you would want to see. If I ever make it back to LA, I will definitely stay here again 10/10. Thank you for a great time!!!!
Forced valet parking and one must park on the sidewalk for valet. Hampton used to a good standard to compare other hotels. I stay at several and Prescott Valley so far the only one that holds the standard. Riverside surrounded by homeless and the elevators are filthy. Burbank was average with forced valet an issue. Sherman Oaks will be an option next time in the area but the area there is sketchy also. I guess it's time to go back to my Marriott account.
Great if you want to be close to the airport. But not so good if your visiting and rent a car. There is no parking unless you pay daily additional $30. And no guest parking either for familyto cone visityou while your in town. It sucked
We chose this hotel for the complimentary breakfast and pool amenity. We didn't realize that this hotel does not have self-parking and it was either valet or street parking which was an expense we didn't expect. However, the breakfast was great. If you get the waffles, use butter and syrup. They taste like how the waffles look in All Dogs Go To Heaven which means delicious! Last note that we appreciated about this hotel is that it is fairly close to several restaurants for dinner or breakfast.
