Great place,clean lobby, common areas & rooms. Will stay again.
We booked a last minute staycation because our house was undergoing renovations. A glitch in a third party site accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of 1. Ryley the Guest Services Supervisor went above and beyond to help us rectify the situation. I can’t put into words how patient, kind, and helpful she was. We will be recommending this hotel to everyone simply because of Ryley and her incredible customer service. I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor in late September for work. Around midnight, a family repeatedly tried to enter my room, which was a frightening experience that kept me up for some time—especially since I had to be up early for work the next morning. Not long after, I received a call from the front desk—after midnight—asking to confirm my last name, and that’s when I learned they had checked me into the wrong room.
