Overall, our stay had some positives, but it started off a bit disappointing. When we arrived, the power was out, due to the high winds and we weren’t notified in advance, which would have been helpful. It also would have been appreciated if some form of compensation or discount had been offered given the inconvenience. That said, there were aspects of the stay that we really enjoyed. The breakfast options were great, and we made good use of the pool and fitness room, which were both well-maintained.
Someone booked a stay at this location with my information and they were not able to help at all with canceling. BEWARE! Customer service is terrible!!!
Cleaning needs improvement. Guest preferences not followed.
