Checked into our room and went to close the blind and it unravelled . Went to the front desk to report this, but it was extremely busy and could not wait longer than the 15 minutes. We had been waiting to tell them how to get to a reservation. The next morning checked out at 6:30 AM again went to the front desk to notify them about the blind one person on staff, which was understandable at that hour, but they were busy and I could not get their attention to tell them. Nice modern rooms, staff gave us water even if we were not diamond. Nice touch. Awesome blackout curtains.
We had a bad experience with the blind in a room we booked a stay in. When we tried to close it, it just kept rolling down. It did not come away from the wall. Apparently there was a small part that broke. This we believe is due to constant wear of the blind. We cannot seem to be able to resolve the issue with the unprofessional general manager Ken who has charged our credit card for damages. This clearly was not our fault.
