I am a frequent traveler, have 15 years continue Hilton diamond member. I never see such a thing happened. I booked the hotel at 1/27/2026 for 1/29/2026 for one night. They sent a confirmation for check in at 1/28/2026. On 1/29/2026 11:30pm when I was driving to the hotel, I found out they cancelled my reservation on the last minutes without any notice. Clean and comfortable Hilton brand Hotel. I used to contact list methods for checking in and checking out so I really can't speak to the service. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay.
