I checked in Friday evening at 5:30pm. Then at 7:26 AM TAYLOR Is calling me asking if I'm going to be checking today? She noticed I hadn't checked in from her night log. Here I am trying to get some rest, then she's waking me up at 7:26 AM. PISSED ME OFF ! I advised her they need to tighten up on their communication plan. For some reason the rooms still smell musty but I’m very sensitive to mold and I was fine. I’ve stayed here 5x and it’s progressively gotten better. New washer in laundry -bring your quarters and fitness room not bad.
There’s not much in Alice, but the hotel is pretty good overall. The front desk staff was very helpful when I needed something printed.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows.
