Place is going through a renovation, The carpet in my room smells old and wet. A/C unit was leaking water. The lady at the front desk told me she couldn't switch my rooms until tomorrow but did send the maintenance person to check the A/C unit. Other than that, the bed is comfortable and the staff are nice.
It said the hotel was being renovated when I booked. At check in I was supposedly given a “renovated room”. The room has so many issues and defects, I hope they are not calling this room done!! I travel a lot for work but I will not stay at the Hampton Inn in Alice the next time.
Under construction. But the rooms were very outdated.
