after 2 years ......i say no answer, the director told me she would fix it for me ....and then she tells us it´s a booking issue. The worst hotel by far... we went last year and they kept us there for two days without a shower or coffee maker... we filed a complaint and they told us it was a booking issue... they're giving us the runaround and not giving us any solution.i will not recommend it at all, teh service is terrible
Rooms are a bit outdated but that is made up for between the location and the friendliness of the staff. Free trolley stops right out the front door and takes you to all the places on King Street. Always greated by the front desk staff with a smile and kind word.
