Needed paint no pool was advertised in booking.com also said spa no spa at all was dirty surprised they served no bacon
Great rooms. I had a queen suite and loved it. Friendly staff at the front desk. Rachel even texted after checking in to ensure everything was to my liking. Nice free breakfast.
I would give negative stars if I could, but worst customer service I've ever received in 10 years of traveling, not sure of the employees name, but she worked the night of 12/15/25. I cancelled my stay and took my business elsewhere.
