Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was extremely rude. Never cleaned our room, no hot water for shower, no toilet paper, wouldn’t give us clean towels. Rooms are very dated and pillows and mattresses are old and full of dust. Woke up with swollen eyes every morning . I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff in my entire life. Avoid this hotel if possible. Thank goodness new hotel being built across the street.
Room was ok, little dated. Shower door needed a little attention to detail regarding cleanliness (Mold/see pic). Customer service could have been better. Side entrance was not working when we returned from the race Saturday afternoon. First thought was that our key became disabled. So, when we came to the front entrance no one was at the reception desk.
