We stayed here our first night in Albany, and ended up booking an additional 2 nights. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast! We stayed too busy to make use of the pool and fitness rooms, but they looked nice as well. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area.
Was on line yesterday morning 5 am to book a room. Thought I had put in the dates I needed but did not so it automatically put me in for that evening. I called and hour later after receiving confirmation and seeing the wrong date. Would not cancel and would not move my reservation out. My choices were to drive to this hotel for no reason or eat the money they collected. So had to loose the money due to the Hampton Inn Hilton . We absolutely loved this hotel. The pool was really warm and not too busy. They even have a nice fitness center. The staff was great. Spotless throughout and breakfast was also really great. Great place to go with the family. Awesome value. Down the street is the largest Walmart in the country that is two stories and has an escalator for your shopping cart!
Nice large, modern rooms with good breakfast options. Very dog friendly and good parking to get in and out easily. Close to plenty of food spots
