Very clean hotel and nice staff
It is unfortunate that Im giving my favorite Hotel a one star review. Let me explain. My husband and I always book this hotel when visiting Abingdon as we enjoy the Barter Theatre and the Damascus trail. I made a mistake when booking this time and when we received the confirmation email my husband noticed it was for March 29 instead of 28. We thought it would be fine to make a call and it could be switched. Currently staying here with our dogs and extended family who's disabled. another room complained nonstop of the dogs barking (3 times in 10 minutes) and didn't give the hotel the chance to work on a solution. The entire time the staff was calm, understanding, and professional.
