What made the experience especially exceptional was the service and friendliness of the service desk clerk, Shana, who checked me in. While waiting in line, I observed Shana checking in a family of four. She was overly pleasant, spoke to the children as well as the parents, making everyone feel very welcomed. Check-In process was made quick and easy by Cindy. The room was clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. My room, bathroom, gym, and breakfast area were all spotless. The reception lady was not much friendly with me but I truly enjoyed my stay.
