They charged me for extra day and I arrived at 1am in the morning $200 that day and I had a room reserved . But I arrived. At 1 Pm in the morning, but check in was at 3pm . No discounts for a halfday. And they charged me quite a bit more. Then, the other days I had reserved . I put the do not disturb sign on the door but they still came in my room.When I was gone. The perfect place to stay with your soldier, easy access on and off base and the NIM and for turning blue and graduation
I stayed at this location at the beginning of January 2026 . The rooms were spacious yet dated . On the day of check out , the guest services employee banged on my door around 11 am threatening to charge an extra day if not out within 15 mins. She continued to bang on everyone else’s door down the hall making the same threat .Someone said she even started around 10:50am that morning . Excellent staff, friendly, organized & efficient. They take such pride in their services that it is an amazing “Inn”. Breakfast was delicious, clean. Cookies are fresh. I have traveled the world & if I ever need to return to this area, I will stay here again. Highly Recommend.
Would like to give special thanks to Glenda, Michelle, CC, & Natasha. My husband and I had the best weekend stay here at this location. Glenda, was amazing from beginning to end. She went over and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of in each way. Excellent customer Svc skills they all represented Hilton, with customers satisfaction.
