Easy check in. Friendly staff, clean room and htl.
Glenda at the front desk is a gem! My last stay at a Hampton (Knoxville TN) was less than satisfactory, but you have been redeemed! We chose to stay here due to it being so close to the Infantry Museum. The rooms were very clean and breakfast the next morning was good. All of the staff were very friendly. The only issue that we had was that both my friend and I woke up in the middle of the night absolutely roasting. When we went to bed, the room was set to a very comfortable (cool) temperature.
