My daughter was traveling to see her boyfriend graduate from bootcamp and her flight home to NY was cancelled due to weather..I called the hotel and Natisha W. was beyond sweet and helpful. She extended my daughter's stay and assure my momma heart that she was going to be all set and not to worry. Natisha was so patient and understanding when I know I was a little frantic....Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We had a great stay here, the staff was very accomidating and helpful. The breakfast was good. Great off post hotel!!!
The service and friendliness of this staff is out of this world. We arrived late at night around 11:30pm. It was on a Tuesday and the front desk employee was beyond friendly and kind. Even when we left in the morning she remembered us and just made us feel like family. We had been traveling due to an emergency with my family and her engagement and kind words went along way! Very clean and organized establishment. Good staff is hard to find, keep up the great work!
Clean hotel, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, friendly staff. Only complaint is the chicken breakfast sausage 😀
