The building and the apartments are absolutely beautiful. Clean and well-maintained, always. You cannot beat the location! Love Hampton House.
I just cant! It would be embarrassing to the management company to find out that employee doesnt know how the lease actually reads. Honestly! Leasing agent was very nice, just unaware of how the operations works.
I like having the leasing office on site, they are always quick to respond to maintenance issues. Clean laundry facility on site is great too. Being able to add on private secure off street parking is a wonderful privilege
Unless you want your apartment to smell like cigarette smoke 24/7, would recommend living else where
