The place is just ok. They recently started increasing the rent drastically with only a 7 days notice to sign a contract for another year or find another place. We tried contacting the people higher up in the company and waited weeks and still no response. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you have your building manager saying it’s the most reasonable around when you’re not considering no dishwasher, leeks in the ceilings, bats in the hallways, only one parking spot per apartment, no visitor apartment, old thermostats….: and t... read more
Very rude, money hungry & manipulative. Increased the rent twice during Covid once they sold the building just for the hell of it. There’s absolutely NO visitor parking, can never reach maintenance for indoor repairs, but they’ll somehow make sure the property grounds always look presentable. Also, if you’re ever late on rent even once, they send multiple over grown thugs to bang on your door & harass you as if they’re the mob!
