These apartments are in a good area near restaurants and local commutes for work. It’s usually a quiet community with welcoming persons as neighbors. The management is nice and always address any issues that I have. I love the cleanliness of buildings and the amenities that are offered. Great place to stay!
Horrible. If you don’t have a washer/dryer unit, you have to wash in the onsite building. It was $1.75…now it’s $2.25 (to wash and dry). Rent goes up every month mysteriously and when you ask for a break down they give this roundabout, nothing ass answer. Can never get any maintenance, they never answer the phone in the office, the roads..raggedy and my dishwasher is somehow clogging my sink up. My ice maker doesn’t work and hasn’t been looked at since I moved in.
Update: nothing has been done since I went into the office a month ago. This is a list that was supposed to be picked up by maintenance to get started on fixing things. Nothing! I killed 5 roaches yesterday! As you can see, they are coming through the cracks and wholes throughout the apartment. I asked my apartment to be sealed off for this reason and nope. Nothing. I am not one for long reviews but I am FED up! I wish i could give this place no stars if I could. I have lived here for almost 4 1/2 years. It has gotten worse every year. This past year has been the complete worst! It all started when some people moved in above me. They are nasty, loud and do not care that people have jobs and need to sleep at 12 and 2am in the morning during the week while they are blasting music! Everyone and I around them complained. Do not rent from them !!! High water bill and when you complain about it it’s like the manager do not care or she say she has nothing to do with that there’s no way i had a water bill almost $200 in a one bed room apartment ! Then when my mom moved out they put unnecessary charges on her account ! The manager just don’t care the management is horrible the gym is horrible & they have roaches bad !
