sat at the office two hours nobody came. Called 10 times nobody answered emailed no reply like i must gotta sleep outside over night to the next day to get in contact with somebody?

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here. During my move-out process, maintenance staff entered my apartment and items were taken from the unit. When I reported the issue to management, the apartment manager refused to assist or investigate the situation. I sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls trying to get help, but my concerns were repeatedly ignored. Well it’s cooling down now in the unit with the rain falling outside. My son informed Cassandra of the a/c not cooling properly around noon on 2/20/26. I’m disappointed. After reading a few of the most recent reviews, my experience is not raving reviews. Sarcasm is not professional. I do not appreciate the unnecessary adjustments on the ledger for $200 when payment made on Monday, February 2, 2025 in the office drop box and on February 6, 2025 you Cassandra notices the payment. Was in here almost two weeks ago and me and my daughter was treated horribly by a member of staff that advised she was a manager. After reading into the policy I feel we were discriminated against. This makes me so upset every time I think about the experience.
