I will try to be brief in this review, from you put a step inside of the hotel you can see that they are out of the game... starting from the from desk and finished to the manager Cesar. this has no idea what hospitality is. I have over 15 years working in hospitality and let me tell you this. I error was go to the from desk and let them know that the room was dirty and smelled bad and requested another room. you guys don't know what hospitality means. as diamond member I have been in thousand Hilton locations around the cou... read more
The room was not clean. we try to talk to the from desk and they were rude. also, management need to improve a lot, they are better options around. not Hilton standard.
