The young lady that assisted (if that’s what you want to call it) had a horrible personality, disposition and attitude. Did not acknowledge my wife and I as Diamond guest and refused to give a second Diamond snack bag for us. I stay at Hilton properties practically every week and I have to say, this has been by far the worst experience. Not because of the Diamond bag but the nasty and unconcerned attitude of the lady that was at the desk when we checked in. Hilton, you’re better than what she represents.
