I have stayed at this Hampton several times and the room charge is typically $180-$250.00. This past weekend, Oct 17th & 18th 2025, they charged $668.00 per night. I call that price gauging. I understand that I did not have to stay there but I had already promised my fiancé that we were going to the mountains. I could have rented a super nice chalet for that price. Hilton saskatoon has a very racist security guard who is an ugly old white guy who has ugly teeth and face, this cretin is rude and disrespectful dont rent a room here. If your brown and indigenous plus a women your a target for this old racist security guard. Horrible.

Pros: front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Free bagels in the morning. Very hot showers. Comfortable bed.  Cons: housekeeping frantically banging on doors to wake people up well before check out. The airport shuttle never arrived for my departure.

This hotel will not pick up the phone. There is no operator and appears to be no one at the front desk. The only way i was able to get thru was thru Hilton directly who transferred me to them. The girl of course could not help and transferred me to a manager, who of course did not pick up the phone and did not call back. Hotel.com also could not get a response from them. I am a senior citizen who made a 2 minute mistake and it is costing me $300. I guess its a great way to scam someone out of money.

Hotel stay was fine until I received a $1,000 unauthorized charge on my credit card. Beware of this Hampton Inn. I would give a minus if I could.

Recently we had family move to the area where Tru By Hilton in Sebring is near. We live 2 hours south of the hotel and did have reservation for one night on September 27 Saturday. The room rate was 213.84 with a cancelation period. While at our family gathering I started to get sick and needed to go home. The first time I called I spoke to the representative Abbey who understood and said it would be okay. When I was leaving I called and she contacted her manager Lidia who was at home. I wouldn’t stay under a bridge to avoid checking into the Embassy Suites in Franklin, Tennessee — but I would seriously consider sleeping in my car first. That’s how disappointed and frustrated I am with the lack of service and total disregard for customer care. I was promised adjoining rooms when I booked. Not only did I not receive them, but no one even informed me at check-in that they weren’t available. That level of communication failure is unacceptable. What made it worse? This is a rude and miserable woman and a thief !  She tries to charge you for breathing !  Do not waste your money and be prepared to call the police on Cynthia  As well ! Im canceling all our guys from here rather be treated like a customer somewhere else !

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The warmth and hospitality from General Manager Kiran, Front Office Manager Jaspreet, Zunera from the Breakfast Room, and the entire staff was exceptional. I appreciate everyone’s efforts not only in doing their jobs, but for providing superior customer service which make guests like myself feel so welcomed.
