was referred to them by my doctor for a CPAP machine. oh how awful that experience was !!!!! go figure how a company like this is still in business.
Worst customer service ever. Homecare yeah right . Every person I spoke gave me different answer. if I can give them 0 rating I will. They are not professional at all.
Horrible customer service and company, never answer, follow through or reply with what was discussed/agreed upon on phone. Tried to cancel for 2 months, no one would give a straight answer, answer emails or phones - most likely to still get paid. If you have a choice when you get a machine DO NOT use them.
