I would give zero stars if possible. This place left us with such a nightmare experience. We had no heat for several months in winter during the coldest weeks. We were often given the run around as to why the heat wasn’t working, one most notably being that it “was very cold out” and then got snippy after my constant inquiry about the heat even though the apartment was registering in the 50 degree range. I would not recommend anyone staying here. The maintenance man Gabriel and pleasant neighbors are the only positive parts about living here. The laundry room is always broken down. There has been a lot of turnover with the property managers. One of them even asked to borrow money from us. This place has been extremely aggressive in raising rent. Over a 3 year period rent was increased by $318 per month. Good luck getting your security deposit back. They accidentally charged us twice on the last payment and tacked on $60 for ... read more
