I would not recommend anyone staying here. The maintenance man Gabriel and pleasant neighbors are the only positive parts about living here. The laundry room is always broken down. There has been a lot of turnover with the property managers. One of them even asked to borrow money from us. This place has been extremely aggressive in raising rent. Gerry and his team were excellent in my tome at Hampton Gardens. Any time I needed anything they were very responsive and did things quick. The move out process was seamless and they made sure things were fair. I strongly recommend this complex for someone that is looking for an apartment in the middlesex nj area.
Absolutely awful office staff. Rude, condescending, and only concerned with being nice until you sign the lease. Then it is an entirely different story. The two people I have dealt with this far have been nothing short of dreadful. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, when you do the person you got has no information on anything and they always have to call someone else and “get back to you” which they still haven’t for anything I have called about.
