Great place . I just wish the adult men's locker was only adult men . People bring there kids in there . There a family locker room . Take your kids in there instead of the adult men locker room . Just because it closer . Doesn't mean bring them in . They need to change send them to the youth locker room. No one does anything about it because no one wants to rock the boat . That why best Tim to go before 2pm when the kids are in school . Someone needs to clean bath room .
Big open space with equipment in the center, walking space on the outside. TRX, cycling, and multi-purpose group class room. Nice changing/shower room, with lockers, access to pool. Group exercise such as step, yoga and others available. Great place to work out, not too busy.
Clean facilities and friendly staff.
