Dr. Bancroft is a phenomenal pediatrician. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Dr. Bancroft always takes the time to see how you’re doing, and he goes over everything with you. I always appreciated his care & professionalism. Dr. Bancroft is one of the best pediatricians you'll ever meet, hands down!
If there is a score below zero, I would give it to this practice. They have a major problem being courteous and responsive to their clients. The office staff ;who are the window into the practice make the good dental hygienist and dentists look bad. 1. They are not clear on what insurance they accept and argue rudely with clients 2. Used to love this practice until new unprofessional employees have made it rather difficult to communicate. It is uncalled for and completely unprofessional to handle your clients in this matter. I requested proper documentation to authorize the claim that they have incorrectly submitted. All I received in the mail was a statement with improper dates of service and a balance with a hand written statement that I am to "pay this balance" I called ******* out on this not being properly submitted to my insurance company which sh... read more
Excellent doctor, listens to parent and does not blow them off.
My children have seen Dr. Bancroft from birth, we absolutely love him! He does not push any services on us that we are not interested in nor does he let us make any ill-informed decisions. He goes over everything and makes sure we understand what and why we are accepting or rejecting treatments. He is a pleasure to associate with and my children have no fear of him.

Just started here a few months ago, but so far very happy!
RecommendedToday my daughter had her very first dental appointment. We talked about it all week so she wouldn’t be scared. First impressions mean a lot. Dr Barbagallo and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They painted her nails in Halloween colors, gave her a glitter tattoo and a flower for her hair. And they sing. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s first visit a wonderful one. We will see you in six months for her check up.
