The lady is in the office is rude and doesn’t need to work customer service at all. She claims to be there every tuesday and thursday for people to turn in applications, however, the door is always closed. She not that busy, just lazy! Why have the sign out that says now leasing, when you are only taking applications for a waitlist. Then had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I don’t want to slide my application and money order through the door. The worst experience ever, Gloria was rude and undermining this was years ago now, but if she is in office I wouldn’t recommend
No one EVER ANSWERS THAT PHONE. Why have an office if no one will ever be there. I left countless amounts of voicemails. Drove up there picked up an application. The times on the door no one’s there at those times. I don’t want to waste time driving to Wendell just to have to go back home. Get someone in the office that wants to do their job or hire me to run the place. Smh sad pathetic people
I would advise everyone not to rent from this company. The property manager Gloria is rude and very unprofessional. She doesn't properly execute her duties and the maintenance never want to do there job, you have to constantly reach out to them. They have water problems on the property and blame the tenants for issues that goes on outside their units. REALLY NOT A GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY OR SINGLE!!!!
