We purchased new kitchen cabinets and counters from Hamptons a few years ago and the laminet on the counter was separating. I called them twice and no one got back to me so I went over to their store and talked to the owner. He was in shock to see me by his expression and told me he was very busy and had me on his list! I asked him about the sales person who helped us and he said she was no longer with the company. I told him what had happened and he told me there was no warranty on the laminet instillation. Hum!! Really awesome place. A lot of the really high quality appliances you don't see at most places. The staff is extremely friendly and we're very kind to my kids! Highly recommend!

I will never work with Hampton's again. Our contractor suggested we work with them to remodel our kitchen. Our three week remodel turned into 6 weeks. Hampton's ordered the wrong size cabinets and crown molding and did not double check their order and doubling checking the order when the shipment arrived at the warehouse. I was told they would expedite ordering correct cabinet however it took 4 weeks to get the correct cabinet in. The cabinet was in a critical location in the kitchen and by it not being installed, it held up... read more
