I’m trying not to get upset but this needs to stop. After getting a call 3 times to reschedule. I have been charged for dental work I haven’t gotten done.. I was told $500 for everything including a crown that broke not even a year later that Dr Hampton said was still covered and I didn’t have to pay. I got another bill for $563 WHY!!! I haven’t gotten any more work done only the temp crown which I already paid for!! I’ve called for 2 weeks with no answer and left several messages with no response and I just left from there ... read more

The staff were all rather friendly, to be fair. My overall experience being a patient here was very poor, however. My first couple of visits were with a temp dentist, who was filling in for a full-time dentist gone for maternity leave. She was clearly new to being a dentist and kept asking her assistant questions about the tools and procedure, right in front of me.
