One star because they wanna close the pool when it's 110 degrees 🥵
Absolutely do not move here under any circumstance. This was one of the worst apartment living experiences I have ever had. It was absolutely infested with roaches and gnats. I put in pest control requests and it never got better. Not only was the unit completely falling apart all the time, so was the entire building. The kitchen drawer faces are barely connected to drawers and broke during normal use. One had a nail that stabbed my foot when it fell off. They "fixed" them by replacing with filthy drawers from other units. T... read more
Came in today for a tour of an apartment, and I must say that the office staff were very warning and welcoming. They were extremely attentive. I toured with Debora and she was very professional and had a great personality. She answered any questions I had and she does her job extremely well. The two units that I viewed were in great condition and I’m looking forward to moving in soon.
When I first moved here in 2018 I was shown one apartment but I was given another. I didn't let that bother me. The maintenance workers do a pretty good job with the response time. There is a rodent problem even though they send out pest control. My specific building is falling apart. A roof above an apartment near me fell down. Its still a mess. I have cracking in my walls and ceiling. It's cracking under the foundation where I walk into my apartment and where my grandson play. I won't be renewing my lease again. Although t... read more
