I have nothing but great things to say! Erick is very professional! I had an issue with my unit and he came the following morning to make sure it was taken care of. The property is always maintained clean and if there is ever any concern I know the ladies in office are amazing at handling every situation professionally!
Literally been without hot water for month now🤦♀️
The management here sucks. i was without air condition for 2 days straight (by the way this is during the summer in Vegas when its a 110 degrees outside) and they didnt care. i ended up having to get a hotel for the night which i feel is unfair because i pay my rent on time i should be able to live in my home comfortably. i didnt get reimbursed for that. they fixed the living room air condition after i complained all day about it on the second day. they let me suffer in a hot box ALL DAY while they sit up in the office with ... read more
