This is the WORST apartment complex ever, there were multiple roaches seen throughout the apartment. There was a painted roach in the kitchen, the toilet was cracked and I told maintenance and they didn’t do anything. The paint was peeling off the bathtub and wall. They charged me for both when I made MULTIPLE maintenance requests for them to get fixed. The kitchen sink clogged up multiple times and it took them at least a day to come fix it. One star because they wanna close the pool when it's 110 degrees 🥵
Absolutely do not move here under any circumstance. This was one of the worst apartment living experiences I have ever had. It was absolutely infested with roaches and gnats. I put in pest control requests and it never got better. Not only was the unit completely falling apart all the time, so was the entire building. The kitchen drawer faces are barely connected to drawers and broke during normal use. One had a nail that stabbed my foot when it fell off. They "fixed" them by replacing with filthy drawers from other units. T... read more
Came in today for a tour of an apartment, and I must say that the office staff were very warning and welcoming. They were extremely attentive. I toured with Debora and she was very professional and had a great personality. She answered any questions I had and she does her job extremely well. The two units that I viewed were in great condition and I’m looking forward to moving in soon.
