They don’t even answer the phone. This is crazy i been sitting here waiting for 20 min for someone to answer the phone. Btw i’m still waiting while typing this so 20 min plus. Edit: i’m still on the phone waiting for somebody to answer .
They never answer the phone it's ridiculous. They don't call back when you leave a voice-mail either.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has been absolutely terrible with communication. We have a foster child and were told we could not receive benefits until they had an opening for an appt which was 3 months later!! When we finally got our appt we were told that we should have started getting benefits within 2 weeks of having our foster child placed. Finally received benefits only to need to come into the office for another appt. When we arrived at our appt time we were told the la salle office was closed and we wou... read more
The worst they never return peoples calls the only time anyone POSSIBLY responds is if you report them to the call wic number other than that you’ll be calling everyday and leaving unanswered voice mails
