Hampton Collision was first recommended to me by my Auto Insurance/State Farm....for a small body damage on my S-10. Awesome work!! Because of their professionalism & expertise, I went back to them 3/01/22 for a problem with the latch on the 3rd door of my truck. From phone call to get an appointment to the day I got my truck in & out (3/01/22), not a hitch. As promised, a 30 mns.wait to get a new latch in. It even seemed less. DONT USE THIS PLACE - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL MALE STAFF!!! - My insurance company sent me to this business to get an estimate done for damage caused by a car wash, auto Bell. The very first thing told to me by the estimator "Nick" was so that I would have to pay $500 deductible when I've already had an arrangement with the Insurance company that they were going to subrogate the whole claim to the car wash company.
