The Virginia Duals was held there. Very clean arena.
Old and outdated coliseum. Feels old and looks outdated as well. Hopefully a major renovation or complete rebuild will happen soon and attract bigger and better performances. There are no other attractions, restaurants in walking distance except the center accross the highway. The venue is isolated and you will definitely have to arrive in vehicle. Would be nicer if the apartments nearby were mixed use with shops, restaurants and hotels, etc. Mixed use would make it easier to enjoy the area instead of having to venture out.
They always have good events. Parking can be a little bit frustrating.
