I’ve been calling them everyday about a package that was delivered there trying to get picked up. They ignored my phone calls for a week and when I finally got through to them they somehow don’t have it. My fiancé was deployed before the package could get there and I was just trying to find a way to get it back. The people are rude and don’t care. It’s been over a month since the package was delivered too. I have co formation it was delivered there as well.
I own here for 5ish months and lived here for 1. The navy sent me on deployment and I left my car parked behind my condo. They towed my car, gave it to the city who then held it for ransom for 200 dollars for having it less than 24 hours and they didn’t even tell me. The only reason I didn’t get screwed was because my roommate noticed my car was gone and helped me get it back. Overall not very thoughtful group of management and not very military friendly.

If I can give this rating a zero, I would based off of Security Only!!! The security in this complex is an absolute nuisance, always nitpicking, trying to make life hard for the tenants that reside in this apartment complex, constantly walking around inspecting vehicles on private property, which is prohibited! claim to be Hampton Pd, which is a felony just in case they didn’t know!!!
