Avoid this one. I've been there since it was built. The owner's association is constantly sending me threats about "violations" that never happened. It's either wild assumption or accepting false reports by the real culprits who want to deflect the blame. I spend a fair amount of time getting it straightened out. The latest is dog poop, photographed up close, which could be anywhere. I don't even own a dog. They also weasel out of insurance claims, though you pay for it through the owners' dues.
