I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Hampton Club HOA management. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by persistent issues with both communication and the execution of necessary work. Firstly, communication with the HOA has been virtually non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through various channels, responses are either delayed or entirely absent. My grandmother lives here. And for the last 2 years the intercom system has been broken. Time and time again we are told excuses as to why it’s taking so long or out right ignored. You can’t submit maintenance requests because there online system doesn’t work. When you give them a call the response is “I’ll take a note and call back” which never happens.
