Welcome to this lovely establishment. We have no door but thank god the HOA is being INCREASED by 60%. This is what $350 gets you. Pure robbery.
The staff is nice but the unit I was in there was a psycho that lived above me. The girl would have episodes and break stuff, drag the washer and dryer around, fight with her man and scream for help. The cops always had to be called. Not to mention since these are privately owned nothing was included in the rent. The landlord I had was horrible. He would raise the rent each year but stopped fixing the issues that I would mention to him. Keep looking for something else.
I’ve lived in this place for 2 years and it sucks when it comes to packages getting delivered, many of my packages from USPS supposedly got delivered to the security guard and when i go ask for the package the security guard says he doesnt have it, i don trust this place with my packages, i might change my ship address at this point, dont wanna lose any other package.
