I called them because I had a tooth that was bothering me. They won’t take new patients unless they do x-rays and a cleaning first I said fine but can we look at the tooth that’s bothering me first or at that time and they wouldn’t do it. My wife recommended them because our daughter goes there and they take our insurance . I was willing to do extensive work (root canal and crowns )so it wasn’t about the money to me . Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back. My experience has not been very pleasant. They are constantly trying to upsell you, I had multiple cleanings and they push additional services such as teeth scaling and x rays every time I try to book a cleaning appointment. Even though during the last cleaning the hygienist was very pleasant and told me this was not necessary. I was a Patient for 5-plus years for routine 3 month cleaning with same Hygienist. Fast forward, day of appointment, staff called twice last minute. Call 1 that morning was to again confirm appt, which they'd done several times during prior week. Call 2 early afternoon they abruptly canceled shortly before appt. Practice did Not follow up to reschedule. I reached out for new appt. the next day. Reception reply: "our calendar is 'totally' booked". Efficient and friendly staff from walking in the door till I left. Hygienist was incredibly thorough with my cleaning and the dentist informative in show me a few small cavities in my X-rays between my teeth to be filled.
