Back to HampsteadTopsail PT again this summer (July-Aug, 2026) to deal with a leg injury I "self-inflicted." As in past, staff there (this year, I got Rusty) really put me to work on the days between appts with him, and the exercises did work. Not to mention, the work he did when I had my appts and the exceptional advice he gave me. Again, thanks. Clearly a preferred option and they always have been successful with me. Thank you. I’ve been to 4 other pt’s and Dr Randy is the only one who took the time to diagnose my condition and actually help me. After 3 years of pain I am finally getting better.

I had a great time working with Ryan and Jennifer at Hampstead Physical Therapy. Ryan is a class act and was super helpful in terms of helping me tackle some shoulder pain that I'd been having through a mixture of exercises, dry needling, and shoulder mobility work. My shoulder has gotten a lot better, and I have been grateful to be able to work with Ryan.

I had a wonderful experience at Topsail Physical Therapy. I am a 23 year old athlete who has been to many Physical Therapy establishments and this one was by far the best. Rusty was my physical therapist and not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was easy to laugh and talk to. If you have any physical therapy needs, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!
