My first time renting a storage unit went perfectly. I dealt with a manager named Terry that went above and beyond what I had expected. My needs were short term and out of the ordinary but Terry treated me like I was his most important customer. I expect to be needing another short term rental in a few months and Hampstead Self Storage will be my choice.
I rent a parking spot fo my trailer very frendly staff and the 24 hour access is very help full with heting the trailer when ever I need highly recommend.
Rented the smaller unit, very easy to get in and out, plus the safety of the outer gate. Very quick to return my deposit.
Terry and Marybeth are friendly, professional, and helpful. Facilities are clean, easy to get in and out of, and convenient from Route 111.
