I recently purchased a 2018 Honda HR-V from Hampstead Pre-Owned with Roman and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Only 2 weeks after buying the vehicle, the brake system warning light came on, along with the parking brake warning light and stayed illuminated. On top of that, the Neutral gear indicator started flashing both while driving and while the vehicle was in park. Buyer Beware! I wiah I could give this zero stars! Bought a car there 7 months ago and have only driven it 4 of those months! It has been in and out of my mechanic shop. They charge a mandatory "certified car" fee. They have not been helpful with addressing any of the issues I have had. My mechanic stated the car was "tinkered with" prior to my purchase. Do Not waste your money here!
