They were very willing to work out a deal that worked for me and I love my car.
All the staff here are very nice and communicative. They get very busy during the after work hours, well as test drive the rav4, ultimately interested in. Again, nothing against their staff bc they were great but their overall business model strikes me as being not super transparent to get people in the door. Their prices are generally below the CARFAX value which gets you in the door. Then, when you get to talking numbers they add another fee for the work they did on the car to get it ready for selling. A week ago we bought 2 cars from Hampstead Preowned. Our salesman was Nemo, and he was beyond helpful. My daughter test drove 3 cars and he was very patient. He, and the rest of the staff, kept checking with us (we were there 8 hours) and kept us informed through the whole purchase process. Overall, we are happy with our experience there.
