Avoid at all costs. They price their vehicles lower than neighboring dealers in an attempt to get you to come to the dealership. Unlike honest dealers they won’t provide an OTD price for outside financing (nor do they want you to use outside financing). Their reasoning was “to avoid price matching at other dealerships” but it’s a used vehicle. How would it be used for price matching with other dealerships? Alexis and the entire team were fantastic. Hampstead Pre-owned is one of the only places that I’ve ever bought a vehicle from where they were more worried about customer satisfaction than making a sale. That shows in the way they inspect incoming vehicles for issues and the fact that they have someone on the payroll who’s entire job is to follow up and make sure that you were happy.
