the previous property manager stole thousands of dollars from tenants, also made up fake lease contracts and forged sigantures. the current property manager does things illegally, is mean and hateful even when you pay rent on time and dont cause issues. Also talks to people about you, which goes against the HIPPA laws. I strongly urge people to not rent from any properties that Miller Valentine owns.
I lived there and worked doing maintenance there from 1974-1979 and understand it was destroyed in the tornado, has it been rebuilt?
