I just want to say thank you very much to of you Cristal, Anesa, and Renae for your support and encouragement and help Nick
They don’t clean the hallways , it’s dog poop in back hallways . There is always trash in the back . They charge for covered parking spots , but when ice is there it he doesn’t come out to salt or shovel . They will hit you with a lot of random charges . Be careful moving into this apartment.
Approved me. Signed my lease. Then denied me. I called the number available and they went as far as 12+ years back. They acted like i was trying to buy the building. And told me I should try a Mom and Pop rental.
Cristal helped with all the pre moving questions. She provided 5 star service and promptly answered all the questions. The move in process was smooth as well.
My Experience with 520 Rentals has been nothing short of amazing with touring, applying they have been very responsive and friendly I’m very excited to be a resident!
