Looking for a place to live for a few months. The reviews make this place a hard pass. I always consult Google reviews. All notices should be posted. How hard is it to make sure ppl are informed. Email doesn't work for everyone. If you care at all about your tenants and reputation, you'd try harder. Seems low income ppl ruin it for other low income ppl. Really it all boils down to the property managers.
"H.E.L.L. house" is my nickname for this place. All I have to say is enter at your own risk. Based on my experience at this place I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. All they have as amenities is inconveniences. Examples: the 2 washes they have only 1 works because the other one is constantly out of order. Packages get stolen on the regular because both doors front and back are ALWAYS UNLOCKED. Unleashed dogs running in the hallways. Water gets turn off on the regular without prior notice or even after in case of emergencies... read more
I have heard enough from neighbors that I will say I am looking for new place to live asap. Hearing my neighbor cry about the retaliation from management. Hearing the cleaning person for the first time in weeks last week.. then again tonight aggressively slamming the vaccume into a resident's door who has complained. Interesting how thsts the only door that gets slammed into like that. The claims are very real. Going to be extremly detailed. I moved into my place with my roommate last year. When moving in I was vulnerable with management telling her i was just transitioning from being houseless after fleeing abuse. And the whole time I have lived here there has been huge lack of communication from management.small issues just kept piling. Love this place very clean and tHe location is amazing. The manager is very caring and helps more than any other manager I know.
