The best bang for your buck in Akron I have lived at hampshire house since mid 2018 and I’ve lived every minute of it. Electricity is included in rent, AND the place has central AC. That alone (for me) is enough to leave a 5 star review. Cable TV is included in rent as well. There’s a laundry area and trash chute (!!!!!!) on each floor. The building is a giant concrete fortress and it’s very difficult to hear your neighbors at all. good location This apartment building is in walking distance to just about everything library, grocery store, eateries, pharmacy, movie theatre, bus route, banks and so much more. It is a nice building to live in especially for college students.
