Your service crew was very fast , polite and efficient. They replaced the furnace air filter and all 4 smoke detectors
Any time I have something that needs to be repaired Jon B is here promptly and takes care of it. I recently had a fairly large crack in the corner of the wall and he was here within a day to fix it. He used a drop cloth to minimize the mess and put everything back the way it was when he got here. No matter how busy he is he always takes the time to say hello to my dog and give her some attention. She and I appreciate that!
Redwood Apartments have far exceeded my expectations for apartment living! Having owned my own home for over 50 years I wasn’t sure what to expect as I downsized. Not only do they change light bulbs, mow grass, shovel my front walk, they change furnace filters regularly and constantly let me know what is going on in the complex for maintenance, activities and send periodic gifts! Redwood, YOU ROCK!!!!
