RecommendedI had a hearing evaluation today. My first one in a few years. Wow! A great experience from the moment I entered the door. Jill was inviting and pleasant. Joni did a thorough exam with a detailed debrief on my results with recommendations on what I should do to prevent further loss. And in this age of COVID, every surface I touched, from the front door, to the exam room, was cleaned...multiple times as necessary, as were all hands during the examination, multiple times. We have been extremely pleased with the service and personal attention given to each individual, Dr. Joni is very receptive to individual needs. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this group for any audiology concerns.
I have been a client of Hampshire Hearing for about 20years. First under Glenn Shinner and now under Allison and staff.
